The platform offers various online and offline workshops and events. Numerous different workshops, such as language and painting courses, can be booked here every day according to your wishes and needs. For us, this is also work-life balance.
Parental leave care
The situation of parental leave can be challenging – we advise and support our employees during planning. It is important to us that we share all information with them during parental leave. Every employee therefore has access to our myNOSTA app and is always up-to-date about the important issues in the company even during the baby break.
