Apprenticeship meets Club Spirit: Partnering for the “VfL Look”
In a joint initiative with VfL Osnabrück, we carried out a small but effective improvement project at the training ground of this historic club in Lower Saxony. We provided a large container for storing equipment for the youth team. The “problem” from VfL's point of view was that our beautiful NOSTA yellow didn't really match the club colors.
So we got three Apprentices from NOSTA and brought them together with some of the club's young footballers. Together, they wanted to give the container the right “VfL look.” And it worked well: the large lettering “Alles für Osnabrück” (Everything for Osnabrück) was clearly visible in the club's characteristic purple.
While the Osnabrück youth academy will benefit from stable and durable storage for training equipment in the future, it was a great opportunity for our apprentices to experience our regional commitment firsthand. “We are happy to offer these opportunities so that our apprentices can look beyond the horizon,” explains Alischa Reitz, Apprenticeship Coordinator at NOSTA.
